摘要: A series of fluorone dyes (fluorescein, eosin Y, erythrosin B) in aqueous solution is investigated by the absorption, fluorescence spectroscopic and time-resolved methods. Based on an analysis absorption spectrum amplitude, quantum yield, lifetime vs. pH, dissociation constants ground excited states are calculated. Quantitative qualitative differences character ionic equilibrium between fluorescein its halogenated derivatives – Y B revealed. The polarized method has shown that hydrodynamic diameter changes a due to both increase bond length upon halogenation influence solvation shell change dye species.
