摘要: Dysphagia, as a common finding in Parkinson’s disease (PD) patients, was estimated to be present 80–95% of this population during different stages the disease. The Swallowing Disturbance Questionnaire (SDQ) created self-rated dysphagia screening tool PD. According guidelines for cross-cultural adaptation, Persian version questionnaire (SDQ-P) developed. 59 patients (39 men and 20 women) participated study. They responded SDQ-P underwent videofluoroscopic swallowing study (VFSS). Aspiration VFSS compared with results each individual. Cronbach’s alpha coefficient 0.86 based on 15 (25.4%) were dysphagic, while 10 (16.9%) showed aspiration VFSS. sensitivity specificity predicting 96.7 91.2%; therefore, could prognostic aspiration. positive predictive value (PPV), negative (NPV), pre- posttest probabilities 0.67, 1, 16.9%, 66.7%, respectively. In summary, demonstrated reliability also feasibility Iranian Further evaluation larger subject would suggested.
