摘要: Background and Aims Considering the indication of adjuvant therapy, recurrence risk for primary gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST) after surgery needs to be accurately estimated. However, current stratification schemes may still have room improvement. This study seeks analyze prognostic factors GISTs from 3 aspects, including clinicopathological parameters, immunohistochemical biomarkers, gene mutational status, attempts find novel valuable predicting malignancy potential GISTs.
