摘要: Background Orbital cavernous hemangiomas are the most common primary benign orbital tumors in adults. Although a rudimentary lesion may be present at birth, do not usually become symptomatic until third to fifth decade of life and lesions occurring pediatric age quite rare. Surgical treatment is indicated cases, surgical approach planned according localization tumor orbit. Methods Results We described first case intraorbital extraconal hemangioma, treated successfully by pure endoscopic endonasal approach, demonstrated minimal invasiveness this without skin incision neurovascular retraction. Review literature, technique, pitfalls, differences from previous reports discussed. Conclusion Endoscopic transnasal approaches can now considered as an alternative option traditional external management medial inferior childhood. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Head Neck,
