摘要: Abstract Yttria-stabilized zirconia (YSZ) is the most commonly used electrolyte material for solid oxide fuel cells. The use of relatively inexpensive metal components would require a trade-off in lowering operating temperature below 800 °C. However, reduced results an increased resistivity YSZ. This can be overcome by reducing thickness using thin film techniques. In this study, preparation YSZ via sputter deposition technique was reported. films were deposited on anode substrates at 650/750 °C. gas permeability test indicated gas-tight with leak rate − 7  lcm − 2  s − 1 . measured open circuit voltage 1.1 V, while maximum power density 515 mW cm
