摘要: Anti-ulcerogenic and gastric anti-secretory activity of aqueous extract Cochorus olitorius was investigated in HCl/ethanol indomethacin-induced lesions male albino rats. Pre-treatment with (50, 100, or 200 mg.kg−1) orally for 2 weeks reduced ulcer formation, except those pre-treated 50 mg.kg− the indomethacin model. In both models, decrease acid production dose-dependent.
