摘要: Publisher Summary One of the complexities system in human erythrocyte is that asymmetry. This chapter reviews some several ways which hexose transfer has presented itself; and traces their developments considers implications to concepts facilitated transfers generally. Asymmetry refers a lack similarity reactiveness those parts system, may be approached from outside or inside cell membrane. Because can effectively only by sugars, are substrates for transport sugar derivatives other molecules acting as inhibitors transfer, asymmetry shows itself an anomaly either kinetics inhibition transfer. The studies with cytochalasin B proteolytic enzymes taken nontransportable discussed combine provide strong indications chemical well kinetic red cell. Besides structural asymmetry, intact peculiar having asymmetric environment majority laboratory experiments. because high concentration protein (hemoglobin) fact most experiments carried out media free protein.
