摘要: Abstract A proximity coupled graphene patch based two-port multi-input-multi-output (MIMO) antenna with pattern diversity is implemented for THz applications. The MIMO and performance parameters of the like envelop correlation coefficient (ECC), gain (DG) mean effective (MEG) total active reflection are calculated found within acceptable limits. offers ECC 0 . 01 , DG ≈ 10 dB, MEG ≤ − 3  dB. provides 10 dB impedance bandwidth 6.06% (1.76 1.87 THz). isolation between ports proposed remains more than 25 dB in operating passband. aspect ratio physical selected obtaining single mode operation resonance T M 12 mode. utilization material flexibility tuning response.
