摘要: There is a strong rationale to therapeutically target the PI3K/Akt/mTOR and MAPK/ERK pathways in cervical carcinoma since they are highly deregulated this disease. Previous study by our group have demonstrated that Zeylenone (Zey) exhibited suppressive activity on PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling, providing foundation investigate its antitumor carcinoma. Herein, present aimed effect of Zey HeLa CaSki cells, further explore underlying mechanisms. Cells were treated with for indicated time, followed measuring effects cell viability, colony formation, cycle, apoptosis, signal pathways. In vivo was then assessed nude xenografts.
