摘要: Abstract Hemodynamic and regional metabolic measurements were obtained in seven closed chest dogs during a control period, 3 hours of coronary occlusion 5 reperfusion. Reperfusion resulted intermittent ectopic arrhythmias five severe shock two. It usually caused increases heart rate, sinus flow maximal isovolumetric rate rise left ventricular pressure (dP/dt), which associated with decrease systemic pressure, end-diastolic vascular resistance stroke work. A transitory increase cardiac output occurred. Global myocardial oxygen consumption, was reduced occlusion, increased induced abnormal lactate metabolism potassium loss the previously occluded area often nonoccluded segment as well. Histopathologic changes accelerated necrosis, reactive hyperemia hemorrhage noted after These studies indicate that reperfusion serious abnormalities hemodynamic states, function morphologic features heart.
