摘要: Mesenchymal stem/stromal cells (MSCs) are progenitor identified in many adult tissues, particular bone marrow or adipose tissue and, placental tissues. MSCs exert pleiotropic functions that render them attractive for clinical applications, both degenerative and inflammatory diseases. Their main mode of action is through the secretion trophic factors can be released extracellular milieu packaged within vesicles. These proteins, lipids, mRNAs miRNAs possess diverse effects, notably pro-angiogenic, anti-fibrotic, anti-apoptotic anti-inflammatory.
