摘要: Different biological materials such as edible oils, refined and unrefined cane beet sugar tea (black green) leaves were assayed for the heavy metals cadmium, copper, lead zinc. The results revealed significant differences in metal contents within each class of (P<0.05). Cadmium was not detectable samples. Among highest amounts copper (0.263 μg/g) (0.154 corn oil zinc olive (3.01 whereas cadmium exhibited a narrow range (0.023-0.033 μg/g). samples beet-sugar generally contained higher levels than cane-sugar.
