摘要: Scan based testing is a powerful and popular test technique. However the scan chain can be used by an attacker to decipher cryptogram. The present paper shows such side-channel attack on LFSR-based stream ciphers using chains. subsequently discusses strategy build chains in tree pattern with selfchecking compactor. It has been shown that structure prevents attacks but does not compromise fault coverage.
