摘要: Topochemical ion-exchange reactions between solid micro- and nanostructured metal chalcogenides aqueous salt solutions are generally used for formation of composite structures based on initial products their transformation. However, ion exchange has promises as a route to obtaining both composites the end chalcogenide phases. With help technique, single-phase films Pb1–xSnxSe substitutional with tin content up ∼2 at.%, which promising mid- long-wavelength infrared radiation (IR) optoelectronics, have been obtained at interface PbSe polycrystalline thin SnCl2 containing sodium citrate. It shown that pH value temperature reaction system play an important role in process. Incubation lead selenide (PbSe) tin(II) solution also leads modification oxygen-containing compounds depth ∼3 nm. Differences film structure, such changes coherent scattering region sizes orientation crystallites along [220] direction, arise during contact citrate-containing solutions, revealed. For first time, idea existence relatively wide zone intragranular topochemical solution, within can form systems, set forth.
