Composition, structure and functional properties of nanostructured PbSe films deposited using different antioxidants

摘要: Abstract By means of chemical bath deposition selenourea in the presence ammonium iodide and antioxidants (C6H8O6, Na2SO3, Na2SO3 + C6H8O6, SnCl2) high adhesion nanostructured films PbSe with a thickness 300–690 nm were obtained. Depending on type antioxidant introduced into reaction mixture, dimensions crystallites forming film series listed decrease from 60 ± 10 to 8 ± 2 nm simultaneous growth 0.21 ± 0.01 1.25 ± 0.15% microstresses. An increase lattice constant as-deposited lead selenide 0.6129(8) 0.6265(9) nm correlates an content iodine film. Using X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy EDX-analysis photoelectron spectroscopy, we investigated effect annealing their elemental, phase composition, parameters surface morphology. It is established that annealed are multiphase contain PbSeO3, PbSeO4, PbI2. Low-temperature studies range 213–333 K allowed us determine band gap, ranged 0.265 0.349 eV, which depends strongly antioxidant. synthesized using ascorbic acid tin (II) chloride have anomalously responsibility at relatively low temperatures, makes it possible manufacture highly sensitive IR detectors basis.
