摘要: The operators who perform alarm monitoring and identification tasks in complex industrial systems, such as nuclear power plants, often suffer from heavy mental workload. Among the many existing workload measurements, secondary task method was chosen examined for that it is sensitive to operator capacity, provides a common metric different tasks, easy carry out, etc. In this study, paper-based arithmetic adopted measure of participants when they were performing tasks. A two-factor, two-level lab experiment conducted examine whether can discriminate levels workload, interferes with primary task. results showed though had good discriminability, its influence on performance interaction scenario complexity significant.
