摘要: Abstract Stimulated Raman scattering (SRS) was first observed by Woodbury and Ng [l] using a nitrobenzene Kerr shutter as the Q-switch of ruby laser, then identified Eckhardt et al. [2]. If threshold requirements for pump intensity interaction length were fulfilled given gain medium, SRS could be performed in simple laser spectroscopy experiment toluene, where projected halo (or ring pattern) blue-green light around spot on card placed after 5-cm-long cylindrical sample cell (see Fig. 1).
