摘要: The Personal Assistant for onLine Services (PALS) project aims at attuning the interaction with mobile services to momentary usage context. Among other thing, PALS should adequately address emotional states of user and support users building up an adequate trust level during service interactions. In experiment, participants performed tasks services, on a small handheld device or laptop. Before each task session, they watched film clips different impact (i.e. valence arousal). addition performance measures, we measured heart rate. condition, was substantially worse showed more extensive navigation path ‘wrong’ hyperlinks) find target information. Furthermore, experiment in web hardly increased condition whereas improved laptop condition. Device proved be major factors that determine experience. There is clear need improve order establish (e.g. by attentive interactive displays).
