摘要: IL-17RB, a member of the IL-17 receptor family that can be activated by IL-17B, has been proved to involved in inflammatory diseases and cancers. However, function IL-17RB thyroid cancer is still unknown. In this study, expression cell lines tissues was examined real-time PCR western blot. The effects on invasion migration were determined vitro assays, while metastasis analyzed vivo experiments. results showed upregulated both cells tissues. IL-17B dose-dependently promoted invasion, growth cells, whereas knockdown attenuated vitro. Moreover, vivo. addition, induced ERK1/2 activation increased MMP-9 Inhibition pathway blocked IL-17RB-mediated expression. Together, our findings demonstrate enhance via pathway-mediated expression, suggesting may act as potential therapeutic target for therapy.
