摘要: Morphological transformation of lectin-positive microglia/macrophages in the developing rat cerebral hemisphere was analysed using quantitative methods. During first postnatal month, cells showed increases their size and fractal dimension accompanied by a simultaneous decrease solidity. Regional variations dynamics process indicated existence spatio-temporal developmental gradients within wall which might correspond with regional patterns neuronal differentiation. Results present study prove that methods can be source reliable data replacing subjective cell typologies.
