摘要: 19 subjects performed prolonged heavy arm and leg exercise after which they had a protein fat diet for three days. Thereafter switched to carbohydrate enriched during 4-day period. Body weight 2.4 kg this period of 4 total body water 2.2 1 is assumed be caused by storage liver. amount stored calculated at least 500 g, means that 3—4 g bound each gram glycogen.
