Entrepreneurial Tournaments: Towards Disclosing the Rivalry Process Among Corporate Entrepreneurs

摘要: The notions and motivations of inter-organisational rivalries among employees have to some extent been highlighted by classical theories management such as tournament theory. However, employees’ entrepreneurs’ competitions are fundamentally different in pattern. Based on the doctrine entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial essential for a productive economy. Even so, there few in-depth holistic attempts understand rivalry process corporate entrepreneurs. During last three decades, various fragmented studies conducted from standpoints clarify entrepreneurship (CE). Nevertheless, considerable room remains developing model with respect activities within large complex organisations. Hence, main contribution research can be claimed investigating formulating process. For this purpose, systematic qualitative grounded theory methodology (GTM) was used. five-month period, entrepreneurs one chief Iranian institutes were systematically interviewed. results, addition endorsing existence entrepreneurs, GTM extends literature CE examining previously unaddressed part process, i.e., disclosing implemented strategies, other blocks
