Syntheses, Characterization, and Electrochemical Anion Recognition Investigation of New N‐5‐Ferrocenylisophthalic Amino Acid Methyl Esters

摘要: The N-5-ferrocenylisophthalic amino acid methyl esters derivatives 4a–f were prepared by direct condensation of 5-ferrocenylisophthalic dichloride to the corresponding esters. compounds fully characterized a range NMR spectroscopic techniques, mass spectrometry (ESI-MS) and cyclovoltammetry (CV). cyclovoltammetric behavior showed one pair well-defined stable redox waves in potential 0.0–0.9 V at GC electrode, which attributed Fc/Fc+ process. Electrochemical investigations demonstrated that addition H2PO4– resulted large shifts respective couple more negative potentials (ca. 39–68 mV), suggests have good abilities recognizing H2PO4–. Moreover, 1H anion titration studies 4c 4e strongly suggest contributions amide Ar–H protons as important hydrogen donors binding.
