摘要: It has been said and accepted that teaching produces learning. This view is acclaimed in both the traditional, as well open distance learning (ODL). However, when we use technology for courses, can also assume produce effective distance learning? may be true some instances, not other ODL circumstances;certainly generalising first instances to case all time will academically correct.This paper looks at described by learners - it their story, experience, perspective. In particular, this of Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM), an issue arose from discussions with students, rather than being preordained research design. An important formidable task facing UUM provider how accommodate different levels preparedness. The gap between most prepared least terms using are wide growing. Persistent frustrations setbacks were observed among the study. Evidently, does always enhance students a distance, but teachers who promote interaction, provide sufficient support make learners. article highlight role technology, learner interactions providing better outcomes.
