摘要: Efforts by universities in sub-Sahara Africa to promote professional development of instructors course design and delivery e-learning technologies have often lacked meaningful impacts. This study investigated the impact collaborative on instructors' learning about courses at Open University Tanzania (OUT). SixTeacher Design Teams (TDTs), each with 2 instructors, participated study, redesigning their print-based using an offline Moodle LMS supported emails mobile phones. A total 36 interviews were conducted 12 after two workshops redesign process. Results showed that despite challenges, satisfied they reported strategy contributed learning. Instructors' backgrounds determined kinds support needed during delivery.
