摘要: To get insight into the components and variations of dissolved organic carbon (DOC) nitrogen (DON) in a lab-scale drinking water biological aerated filter (BAF), concentrations three-dimensional excitation–emission matrix (3D-EEM) spectrum DOC DON were determined analyzed; peak identification, fluorescence regional integration (FRI) analysis parallel factor (PARAFAC) model applied to analyze 3D-EEM spectrum. Fluorescent BAF mainly existed form humic acids fulvic acids, fluorescent tryptophan protein form. Protein-like substances accounted for more than 60% matter through FRI analysis. Tyrosine tryptophan-like proteins, acid-like effectively removed process, while remained almost unchanged. The results analysis, PARAFAC consistent with each other, especially PARAFAC. It is manifest that technique are effective tools proved be suitable characterize this study identification model.
