摘要: Neutral lipid composition and metabolism of the fruit sea buckthorn, a medicinal plant with an oil-bearing mesocarp, were studied. Genotypically distinct mesocarp seeds shown to differ sharply from each other in their total fatty acid (FA) triacylglycerol (TAG) content composition, as well TAG accumulation pattern, initial FA-forming enzyme systems being replaced during maturation by ones. Various geographical climatypes (Siberian, Central Asian Baltic) are similar TAGs, which formed according 1,3-Random, 2-Random Distribution FAs. In contrast, TAGs Caucasian climatype significantly above ones is best described theory Restricted Random
