摘要: The structure of unusual fatty acid (FA) components triacylglycerols (TAGs) mature sea buckthorn (Hippophae rhamnoides L.) mesocarp oil was determined by GLC and MS, the positional-species composition (PSC) these TAGs estimated using methods TAG chemical deacylation, TLC, GLC, computer calculation. It shown that FAs comprised n-cis-Δ9-hexadecenoic, n-cis-Δ9,12-hexadecadienoic (palmitolinoleic), n-cis-Δ11-octadecenoic (cis-vaccenic) acids. hexadecenoic predominated in oil, its distribution TAGs, it similar to total differing from them only some prevalence triunsaturated with a shorter acyl chain, as well sn-2 position TAGs.
