摘要: The structure of unusual fatty acid (FA) components triacylglycerols (TAGs) mature sea buckthorn (Hippophae rhamnoides L.) mesocarp oil was determined by GLC and MS, the positional-species composition (PSC) these TAGs estimated using methods TAG chemical deacylation, TLC, GLC, computer calculation. It shown that FAs comprised n-cis-Δ9-hexadecenoic, n-cis-Δ9,12-hexadecadienoic (palmitolinoleic), n-cis-Δ11-octadecenoic (cis-vaccenic) acids. hexadecenoic predominated in oil, its distribution TAGs, it similar to total differing from them only some prevalence triunsaturated with a shorter acyl chain, as well sn-2 position TAGs. Palmitolinoleic (16:2) 5% FAs, exclusively concentrated As regards between various positional types forms 16:2 oleate FAs. compared were characterized lower FA chain length highest unsaturation. vaccenic (V-TAGs) considerably exceeded O-TAGs, i.e., containing oleic acid, another 18:1 isomer, both their content In fractions unsaturation, O-TAGs while V-TAGs very structure, viz., high level an extremely low concentration 1,3-disaturated-2-monounsaturated addition, like most other unsaturated incorporated predominantly being also unsaturated, nevertheless 90% sn-1,3 positions V-TAGs. Unusual related each mechanism biosynthesis. fact, biosynthesis produced palmitic desaturation, was, on one hand, further desaturated forming palmitolinoleic and, converted via C2 elongation.
