摘要: The fatty acid composition of mitochondrial membrane lipids from seedlings two grass species differing in their chilling tolerance, elymus (Elymus sibiricus) and maize (Zea mays), was studied by gas-liquid chromatography. An increased tolerance elymus, a perennial wild species, seems to be caused high content unsaturated residues the total lipids; linoleic (41.9%) α-linolenic (23.4%) acids predominated among these acids. contents membranes were 57.5% 5.8%, respectively. Polar characterized about similar (33.6%) (31.3%) Linoleic (51.7%) polar lipids, whereas 9.0%. A level ω3-desaturase activity an important factor tolerance. This developed as adaptation course evolution this species.
