摘要: We present the multiplex PCR data for presence/absence of genes involved in OTA and FB2 biosynthesis Aspergillus niger/Aspergillus welwitschiae strains isolated from different food substrates Brazil. Among 175 analyzed, four mPCR profiles were found: Profile 1 (17%) highlights harboring their genome pks, radH fum8 genes. 2 (3.5%) i.e. pks. 3 (51.5%) gene. 4 (28%) not carrying studied herein. This research content is supplemental to our original article, “Prospecting incidence ochratoxin fumonisin Brazilian A. niger welwitschiae” [1].
