摘要: Biotransformation of grandiflorenic acid by permeabilised fungus Fusarium graminearum to yield its hydroxylation derivative, 12α-hydroxygrandiflorenic acid, was studied. The biotransformed product isolated column chromatography and structure determined mass spectrum nuclear magnetic resonance analysis. Grandiflorenic efficiently metabolised the fungus. After 72 h, substrate almost completely converted into product.
