摘要: This article gives a review or several hypotheses on the biological effects of non-thermal radiofrequency/microwave (RF/MW) radiation and discusses our own findings from animal in vitro studies performed over last decade. We have found that RF/MW disturbs cell proliferation leads to differentiation bone marrow, which is reflected peripheral blood rats. Repeated can also temporarily disrupt melatonin turnover. The observed changes seem be sign adaptation stress caused by irradiation rather than malfunction. looks further into basic mechanisms action, including growth parameters, colony-forming ability, viability, polar apolar protein cytoskeleton structures. reversible significantly obstructed growth. In contrast intermediate proteins, intracellular microtubule actin fibres were damaged time-dependent manner. These altered parameters considered as biomarkers exposure. Future research should combine dosimetry, experimental studies, epidemiological data.
