摘要: High quality service delivery is one of the key factors to survive in market. It highly important meet needs client since business survival depends on client’s use services. In recent years, requirements customers for companies providing logistics services, known as third party (3 PL), are continuously rising. obvious that clients, insisting total complex expect additional services which would enable them compete market more favourable terms. The present article aimed at analysing theoretical and practical aspects suggesting integrated model based Lithuanian example.
