Resistance antimicrobial agents, which may be intrinsic or acquired, has been noted in wide variety microorganisms causing human These include resistance antiviral HIV, HBV, CMV and influenza virus, anti-parasitic Plasmodium falciparum, anti-fungal certain Candida species MDR (multidrug-resistant) tuberculosis. It is however, the problem multidrug-resistant bacterial infections (caused by MRSA, VRE, ESBL/AmpC/metallo-β lactamase producers colistin-resistant Gram-negative bacilli) become cause major concern clinical settings. these can increase morbidity, mortality, cost therapy duration hospitalization. The objective this article review question how early diagnosis infections, affects overall infected colonized patients, regard therapy.
