摘要: Epigenetic events play a central role in the priming, differentiation and subset determination of T lymphocytes. Through their influence on chromatin conformation DNA-accessibility to transcription factors RNA polymerases, epigenetic marks allow or prevent gene expression control cellular functions including cytokine expression. CpG-DNA methylation post-translational modifications histone tails are two most well accepted mechanisms. The involvement mechanisms pathogenesis systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) has been suggested by development lupus-like symptoms individuals who received procainamide hydralazine treatment resulting reduction methylation. To date, growing body literature indicates that deregulation through disturbances can result altered immune responses autoimmune reactions. Over past decade, various global regional alterations have reported cells from patients with SLE other disorders. More recently, molecular addressed, deregulated factor networks demonstrated mediate B lymphocytes patients. A better understanding contribute subsequent imbalance is essential for establishment disease biomarkers identification potential therapeutic targets.
