摘要: SUMMARY Our study was conducted in 2002–2003 and 2005–2006 to isolate campylobacters from a poultry production chain determine the prevalence of antimicrobial resistance. All together we studied 167 broiler chicken Campylobacter jejuni isolates Estonian origin. In 2002 2003 using disc diffusion method by E-test resistance ciprofloxacin, nalidixic acid, tetracycline, ampicillin, erythromycin occurred 44.4%, 22.2%, 19.4%, 16.6% among 36 isolates. We found no simultaneous resistance, isolated strains, three or more unrelated agents. Resistance one antimicrobials detected 24 (66.7%). None were resistant gentamicin. 2005 2006 total 131 C. collected over 13-month period MICs determined. 104 (79.4%). A high proportion enrofloxacin (73.3%) acid (75.6%). Multidrug (to antimicrobials) (27.5%), all which enrofloxacin. results showed that multidrug significantly associated with (p<0.01) use may select multiresistant strains.
