摘要: Alkylating agents used either with or without radiation therapy have been associated the development of myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) and acute nonlymphoblastic leukemia (ANLL) after treatment both malignant nonmalignant disorders. This report describes seven patients recurrent Hodgkin's disease (HD) evaluated for bone marrow transplantation (BMT) who developed chromosomal abnormalities, emphasizes importance cytogenetic studies before harvest. Three histologically normal underwent autologous BMT subsequently an MDS ANLL. Four had clonal abnormality detected harvest did not proceed to BMT.
