摘要: Abstract Synthetic monoterpene and aromatic β- d -glucopyranosides, β-rutinosides 6-O-(α- l -arabinofuranosyl)-β- -glucopyranosides their corresponding alcohols, diluted in a synthetic solution imitating wine, were isolated separated by selective retention on Amberlite XAD-2. The recoveries the conditions for direct determination of these glycosides gas chromatography chromatography—mass spectrometry after derivatization determined. Trifluoroacetylation gave best results but trimethylsilylation provided complementary results. separation some diastereoisomeric was also examined.
