摘要: This study investigated with the effect of aminophylline on penetration aspirin through blood-brain barrier (BBB) into central nervous system (CNS) in rats. Acetylsalycylic was injected right axillary artery, to avoid drug affecting peripheral organs before it reached CNS. The test animals received subcutaneously (s. c. ) 30 min injection, while control an equimolar dose physiological solution s. At time intervals 30, 60, 90, 120, and 240 s after were decapitated blood samples from left jugular vein, as well brainstem, cerebellum cerebral hemispheres, taken determine concentrations all them by a standard method. It found that CNS even times lower than blood, being higher brainstem hemispheres. presence did not alter either or brain, therefore affect significantly BBB
