摘要: Background Chemoradiation therapy is the standard treatment for esophageal cancer in patients not fit surgery. The regimen most commonly used includes cisplatin and 5-fluorouracil. Little data exists regarding alternative chemotherapy regimens suitable cisplatin. We report on a using protracted infusion 5-fluorouracil alone both curative palliative indications.
