摘要: Translocation of anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) gene is an important determinator for the response to ALK tyrosine inhibitor (TKI) in non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients. The existence genetic heterogeneity will affect results molecular testing, especially biopsy samples from primary or metastatic sites patients with advanced stage NSCLC. We intended explore translocation excision specimens and examine discordance status between tumours corresponding lymph node metastases. A total 106 positive adenocarcinoma cases were collected assessment intratumour translocation, which stained by fully automated Ventana D5F3 immunohistochemistry (IHC) analysis. In addition, translocations evaluated a series 53 their paired metastases using IHC staining. concordance rate nodes was 100%. homogeneous generally stable during metastasis. Therefore, can be measured reliably material either
