摘要: Hyaluronic acid liposomal gels have previously demonstrated in vivo their great potential for drug delivery. Elucidating phase behavior and structure would provide a better understanding of use properties. This work evaluates the microstructure mixtures hyaluronic (HA) liposomes impact on vesicle mobility. HA concentration surface properties (positively or negatively charged, neutral, with polyethylene glycol corona) are varied while liposome remains constant. Below entanglement (0.4%), exhibit depletion separation except positively charged that interact anionic through attractive electrostatic interactions. At high concentration, no macroscopic is observed, slight syneresis cationic liposomes. The shows aggregates homogeneously distributed into network PEGylated liposomes, which seem to form bicontinuous interpenetrating networks. diffusion controlled by Finally, display highest mobility at (2.28%) both macro- microscopically. HA-liposomes key parameters must be taken account
