摘要: Abstract A growth/no growth boundary model based on interpolated probabilities is presented in this paper. The defined as the loci where probability of for a sample equal to its chance no growth, P (growth)= (no growth). Brochothrix thermosphacta was used test micro-organism collect data near pH/NaCl grid. Results showed dramatic change at with minor changes pH or NaCl, and that location affected by inoculum level. quadratic polynomial describe region (interpolated =0·5). importance models limits application kinetic discussed.
