摘要: To date, no fused heterocycles have been formed on folic acid molecules; for this reason, and others, our target is to synthesize new derivatives of as isolated or systems. Folic 1 reacted with ethyl pyruvate, triethyl orthoformate, chloroformate, thioformic hydrazide, aldehydes give 2-6a,b. Moreover, It benzylidene malononitrile, acetylacetone, ninhydrin, acetoacetate, cyanoacetate, chloroacetate the pteridine systems 10-15, respectively. Ethoxycarbonylamino derivate 5 some nucleophiles containing NH2 group, such aminoguanidinium hydrocarbonate, hydrazine hydrate, glycine, sulfa drugs in different conditions urea 16-20a,b. Compound 4 same methylidene amino 21-24a,b. The compound 10 thioglycolic carbon disulfide, formamide four cyclic 25-30, biological activity synthesized showed moderate effect against bacteria, but shown towards fungi.
