摘要: The purpose of the study was to examine relationship between endothelin-1 (ET-1) concentration and metabolic variables characteristic insulin resistance syndrome ([IRS] hyperinsulinemia, resistance, hypertriglyceridemia, low high-density lipoprotein [HDL] cholesterol, visceral obesity, glycemic abnormalities). measurement circulating ET-1 is a well-recognized marker endothelial atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease. Two hundred subjects were divided into 3 groups.
