摘要: The chromodomain helicase DNA-binding proteins (CHDs) are known to affect transcription through their ability remodel chromatin and modulate histone deacetylation. In an effort understand the functional role of CHD2 in mammals, we have generated a Chd2 mutant mouse model. Remarkably, protein appears play critical development, hematopoiesis tumor suppression. heterozygous mice exhibit increased extramedullary susceptibility lymphomas. At cellular level, mutants defective hematopoietic stem cell differentiation, accumulate higher levels chromatin-associated DNA damage response mediator, γH2AX, aberrant after X-ray irradiation. Our data suggest direct for remodeling signaling genome stability maintenance.
