摘要: Substance P-immunofluorescent nerves, which are closely connected to pain transmission, were shown in human knee synovial membrane and menisci. Both tissues also contained enkephalin-immunofluorescent probably involved the modulation of transmission. Previous suggestions on presence nociceptive receptors these non-cartilaginous joint structures, made a histological basis, thus confirmed by specific immunohistochemical method.
