摘要: In this study, a nanocalcium silicate (n-CS)/polyetheretherketone (PEEK) bioactive composite was prepared using process of compounding and injection-molding. The mechanical properties, hydrophilicity, in vitro bioactivity the composite, as well cellular responses MC3T3-E1 cells (attachment, proliferation, spreading, differentiation) to were investigated. results showed that properties hydrophilicity composites significantly improved by addition n-CS PEEK. addition, an apatite-layer formed on surface after immersion simulated body fluid (SBF) for 7 days. cell culture tests, revealed n-CS/PEEK promoted attachment, spreading compared with PEEK or ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE).
