摘要: Immunohistochemical staining with alpha-methylacyl-CoA racemase AMACR (P504S) has been described in a number of normal tissues and was found to be useful for detecting malignancies including hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Our aim determine whether is differentially expressed benign nondysplastic liver tissue, dysplasia, HCC. The study material consisted paraffin blocks containing primary HCC surrounding tissue from 20 patients who underwent hepatectomy at the time transplantation. stains were performed anti-AMACR by standard methods. Staining features characterized on basis pattern distribution reactivity. A positive immunostain defined as either finely stippled or coarsely granular pattern, diffuse parabasal cytoplasmic distribution. negative absence Anti-AMACR immunostains malignant, dysplastic, nondyplastic hepatocytes all cases. same malignant dysplastic hepatocytes.
