Evaluating the governance of responsible investment institutions: an environmental and social perspective

摘要: This paper addresses some of the problems associated with integration environmental and social values into activities contemporary responsible investment institutions. The first these relates to current participation gap between internal external interests in decision-making. second problem concerns lack certainty regarding normative basis under which multi-stakeholders should participate institutional governance. Thirdly, there is at present no analytical framework evaluate quality within context global economy.
